Why I won't own Springfield Armory Inc Guns.

i don't have an issue with their quality. its all the advertising as a trusted made in the usa gun co. stuff that bothers me.

I couldn't buy have the stuff at Walmart or almost any other big retailer if I worried about that. I'm not saying it is right, I just don't care.

i don't mind foreign products. just don' t put made in the usa on it. some of my fave guns are foreign. but their advertised as so. the xd'sis one thing.(clearly marked) but i see deception with a lot of their 1911's. imbel makes a fine weapon. but put 'made by imbel, imported by springfield. but they can jack the price up this way.

Can't believe I just spent the last 5-10 minutes reading this whole thing. Good read though. So what about the NM serial numbers such as the one on my loaded? She is one of the finest shooting pistols I've shot in a long time. Especially at the price point. Thanks
