I went to the inaugural running of the TEXAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY, he had a CART car running. There was a mixup in the winners circle and he decked the driver. He was the owner at the time……rip Badass

Saw him race David Pearson couple times in southern 500 races in Darlington early 1970’s.
