It doesn't appear to be a complete BCG...just the carrier. Not a great price for an incomplete BCG but $100 is probably a good price given the name.

For what it's worth. I bought one of these last year at this price plus shipping. Gas key was not staked properly and came loose after 150 rounds. Ott Gun Works fixed the problem for me.
