Woke up by yotes this morning.

I had my bedroom windows open last night since it was so nice out.
4:30 am I'm awoke by a pack of yotes that must have taken a deer or quite possibly my cat or anything furry for that matter from across the street in the woods behind the neighbors.
Sometimes sounds from my backyard bounce off the neighbors house so I thought they got my chickens but all was fine back there.
Man they were hollering for at least a good 30 seconds straight.
Sounded like 100 of em but I'm sure it was only a handful.
Was going to order my first set of traps but needed a good excuse but after last night my Wife said to hurry up and get them coming...haha.

I got woke up by a pack of yotes around 2am opening morning. There were several of them howling and screaming like they do. They sounded no farther away than 50 yards from my window, but with the way sound carries at night they could have been farther away. I could not see them. They were close enough to wake me up, and my 3 year old son who had never heard anything like that. They make some eerie sounds, for sure.
