Today I saw a car enter into a lane that they were working on. They were striping the lanes and doing patch work. The person was flying down the road in the blocked off lane. I couldn't believe it.

There oughta be a law.
We need more common sense car laws!
Maybe some red flag laws.

I was pouring a sidewalk one day and had a barricade up at the end where we started. We were still pouring it like the truck was there concrete coming out of the chute and everything. A guy walking down the sidewalk stepped off the sidewalk around my barricade and then back into the wet concrete. Then had the nerve to get mad at me about it saying I should of had it roped off. I just shook my head at him and asked how do you get the concrete and workers down the side of it while you are pouring. He said that wasn't his problem. some people can do no wrong.
