Work/ranch boot recs?

Site development work will put a set of boots thru their paces. My Red Wings have seen more mud and stone than I care to remember. Get home hose’em off and ready for the next day. That kind of **** will kill cheap boots in a hurry. I’ve never had a better more comfortable boot on my feet.

That says a lot

Okay, I'm tired of wearing out hiking boots. I need some boots for doing work around the property. Waterproof actually is of no concern here but breathability and durability are. Do not want or need steel toe as I've never worn a pair that are even remotely comfortable enough. It gets hot here. And it stays hot for a long time. So again comfort via breathability is key. Above ankle similar to hiking boots is probably ideal. But at this point I'll consider anything. I'd rather not have to take out a mortgage to buy these things but, I'll listen to whatever recs from first-hand experience you have.
TIA
You might try one of these from Hoss Boot Company / DieHard Footwear out of Atlanta. Take a look at the attached product sheets. I'm in the boot business, & I own a pair of the DieHard Malibu in an 8" soft toe...you can't find a better quality or more comfortable boot from any company. Premium USA deer-tanned cowhide uppers & liners (nobody else leather lines a boot like this anymore) that require no break-in, really comfortable & supportive insoles, a cushioned midsole that really works, & a super long-wearing outsole on a true leather Goodyear welt construction that will not come apart, & you can have them re-soled. A 1-piece vamp upper with no side seams to split or leak, 4-row stitching on the counters for extra security, & a hand-stitched moc toe over the roomiest toe box I have found. All this for $149.99 retail. I live in North GA in the mountains & use mine for yard work, tree cutting, wood spitting, etc & have yet to put any serious wear on the outsole after 2+ years of wear. I'm told the Raptor is new & will be available this fall. It has premium USA oil-stuffed cowhide uppers that are barnyard acid, chemical & salt resistant treated for even longer wear, but with a mesh liner over a waterproof membrane. Same 1-piece upper & 4-row stitching, same comfortable insole. Milled solid brass eyelts. Outsole is 1-piece with a 90 degree heel on a re-solable leather Goodyear welt construction if you don't want the wedge sole of the Malibu, from the American company that supplies soles to Redwing, Thorogood, Danner, etc. This boot will retail for $159.99. As you can tell, really high on this company & their products. Absolute best value in work boots out there. Danners are good, Redwings are mostly good but really over-priced. I wouldn't own another pair of Rocky's if they were given to me. Good luck!

Get the one with the heel if you have any chance of climbing a ladder

Man I miss sears sometimes

I had never heard of them until they started blowing up my Facebook feed. They seem to tout their breathability summertime comfort. Which as mentioned is a big deal to me. I just wasn't sure if it was even a legit deal or the Temu of boots.
Just an FYI… their “ unlined” have a nylon liner so not truly unlined
