Finishing up maintenance on the 37 Dodge. 5 years of daily driving and it was time for PMCS. On the Remington going to investigate coil springs throughout. Some combination of main, and hand may be converted from leaf to coil springs....I hope.

Starting in on the Walnut grips. Pretty wood under the sprayed on factory brown glop.

Proof of concept. Rough but test fired just fine. Details later, lots of shaping to do on the spring foot but, once again, coil spring conversion using marlin and colt parts.
