Workout - Resistance bands

I have heard of some really good resistance bands that travel easily and work well.

Yeah, I've got multiple colors/resistance bands leftover from Rotor Cuff surgeries.
Good workout

I should just buy some from amazon but i dont know what to get.
I am trying to start to get balance and core , gotta lose weight to have knees replaced - they are horrible - bone on bone pain.

To look at me, you'd never think I used to work out. That being said, one of the best portable workout systems in my opinion are TRX straps. Walmart used to sell a generic knock off for a lot less.
