x2 on a day at crab island. I also recommend eating at Dewey Destin Seafood restaurant. You can drive the boat over and just tie off at the dock and have some fresh seafood that was caught that day. http://www.destinseafood.com/

Go to the beach, eat good food, visit the old military fort and the Naval flight museum. Destin is much more family oriented than a "party" beach, it's nice.
