I could never understand why someone would want a mosquito and frog breeding farm close to their house anyway but one should be able to do what one pleases on their own property.

Stuff like this makes me realize this once great country is finished. When you have a department like the EPA your country has certainly hit the toilet and is spiraling downward to the sewer.

if built right and stocked right you won't have skeeters, mine was 2.5 ac with copper nosed bream, channel cats,grass carp and Florida bass.. I also had a big fountain aerator/circulator in the middle I think the combo of moving water and bream kept the skeeters at bay.. I also kept it mowed and weed eated to the edge to keep the snakes at a minimum..
