Not being 100% hip to the slang on the skreet I had to ask someone under 30. Apparently it means to throw something very fast. Excessively fast.

The YC9 is a result of what happens when you let the internet name something. Much like it voted on a multi million dollar research vessel be named Boaty McBoatface.
The runner up name for the YC9 is funnier to me though. EBT9 has a nicer ring.

I think hi-point just laser engraved some c9's real fast to take full advantage of the hype and called them Gen 1's. I'm waiting on the real deal to come out in a few months. YEET! YEET!
