Everytime you get pulled over, when they ask if you know why you were pulled over, say you are inviting me to the Georgia peace officers ball.
If that fails, tell them because you're driving a stolen car and there is blood leaking out of your trunk with a report of you fleeing the scene of a bank robbery.
