New neighbors moved in, only seen a glimpse of them, (nocturnal ?) First thing I see is a big old TV dumped on the curb, trash won't take it, still sitting there. Then they dry their washing by laying it out on the lawn.

I'm not to fussy about what people do on their own property, but I feel I've lost 25% of my property value overnight, if things keep going that way.

I don't think they speak much english either.

There is an hoa, but it doesn't do anything apart from maintain the entrance landscaping. On balance I'm ok with that. I'll give them until Mon to move their crappy TV out of the street.

While the laundry is out drying go over and piss on it.

Hope my dogs don't get out front and do so, be a real shame.

..at least the aren't syrian refugees

No determination about that yet......

Maybe I'll load up the drum for my AK.

Sitting in the driveway,

12ga by my side.

I recall a conversation at my kitchen table a number of years ago where my wife's best friend said, "I will take a single wide out in the country any day".

Your story brought that back to me. It reminds me why land is more important than the house.

Sorry to hear about your new neighbor...
