Seriously? If ammo can be sold to people under 21 for rifles, and the buyer tells the $12/hour cashier that it is for a rifle.....where is the liability for the seller?
That's it...I'm suing Wal-Mart for selling me the flatware I used to eat and gain weight. After that suit is finished, I may just go after Pornhub for my carpal tunnel.

So basically if you sell any type of motorized vehicle, rope, pharmaceuticals, alcohol or 50 other items that someone not legally allowed to operate, use, sell, give, etc. causing harm or death, would thus result in the manufacture or business providing said item be held responsible for the negligence of end user.

If you try to buy canned air keyboard cleaner or shoe polish or glue or white out or half a dozen other things at Walmart you will have to show your ID.
Here’s the deal- federal law already exists protecting retailers and manufacturers from lawsuits arising from improper use of products. Then, since we know the statist left will find loop holes around any law they don’t like, Congress passed a law specifically protecting firearms and ammunition manufacturers and retailers from the same kind of “lawsuit shopping” that you see taking place in this case. In other words, this lawsuit is being pursued in violation of existing federal law. Obama probably would have allowed it to go forward, but DJT won’t.

So what your telling me is that when I use the canned air for blowing dust and debris off my vehicle dash, shoe polish on my gun scabbard, white out over my address on my driver and weapons license, they will now know who I am?
