Wow....the railroading is almost complete. Zimmerman made some bad choices that night but the price he is going to pay is going to be extreme.

The judge just ruled against the Prosecution on the Child abuse charge.
No Felony Murder charge then. Not much of a victory, but it's something.

No matter what the jury decides, this is far from over. Guilty: Lots of appeal room because of the mistakes, and lies that have happened in this case. Not guilty: Zimmerman will get sued by the family, maybe even hunted by certain parties.
I believe that if he is found not guilty, the family will not only sue Zimmerman but also the HOA where this all took place.

She was just trying to make him look bad. I have never seen anything like it. Talk about a one sided trial. She probably goes and talks to the jury at night and tells them if they ever want to get out of her courtroom to find Zimmerman guilty on all charges.
