Tesla and Rivian both had poor delivery numbers for the 1st quarter.

I really believe the EV slowdown is a good thing. Went too far, too fast. Heated up by government mandates, where marketplace demands should have been the guiding force.

Until there is enough generating, grid and charging capacity, slower EV growth is better.

Meantime, the industry and consumers are embracing hybrid technology. Basically, the half step we needed before the full-on EV.

I was thinking along the same lines. I remember a friend of ours offering us a deal on their hybrid Trailblazer (that’s kinda what it looked like , can’t remember). But yea, we were looking for my wife a car anyway. I noticed just now that GMC’s been making hybrids since 2004, with the truck being the first.
