already sent instructions for him it would make sense its missing the retainer because g3 type trigger groups have the spring looped into the rear of the ejector lever, have one i did a semiauto slip/pin work to sitting at work.

That bar sticking out is what I was talking about. The ejector head on the front i can push in but it springs back to the position it's in now.

yes because it has a spring that pushes the back up, the retaining pin is still there however. PM sent

It should because there is a spring designed to do that.

Don't know if it works on yours or not but I had one of these that did the same thing. It would not eject 308's but it would shoot 7.62 nato's all day long with no problem. Don't ask me why I am not that smart.

I've never been able to shoot 7.62's out of it. Wouldn't know. I mean the original owner said it worked fine for him, but I've only shot .308s in it.
