    I actually didn't have any PMAGS. But I did have 200 GI surplus mags. Sold them in lots of 10 on gunbroker.

    Pull down on the mainspring housing instead of trying to swing it out. Then the hammer strut has to be in the right place for re-assembly. Once you do it a couple times it'll be a piece of cake. If you want to PM me I'll be glad to walk you through it, or hell you could call me if you want.

    Any factory hinged mag should work, may hafta tweak fitment a tad. I use steel 30 rounders exclusively in the 5 between my dad and I, and I may hafta bend the catch tab on the back a little or something of that nature but that's it

    Usually venomous snakes don't climb. However, rat snakes are excellent climbers and lots live in hollow trees and empty squirrels nests.     I bore sight my rifle with bolt out clamped in a site vise. Shoot three shot group, the center crosshairs to that group. Usually gets me damn close.
