  1. School me on Boosters!

Fixed it for you. Fixed barrel pistols don't need boosters.
  2. What’s a good mid priced 30cal suppressor

From a bipod or freehand? If the latter, you'll want to consider weight a bit more in your evaluation. If primarily from a bipod, not so much.
  3. Is there going to be a Machine Gun Shoot @ Red Hill Range this fall?

Anyone have other pics/video to share from last weekend?
  4. KGM Technologies Suppressors

Does the barrel extend past the black part much? I'd expect even with HV ammo would be quiet with a barrel stub like that.
  5. Is there going to be a Machine Gun Shoot @ Red Hill Range this fall?

It was indeed. Some fun noise makers out there!😁 50BMG does not disappoint.
  6. FUll Auto Frenzy Nov 11 2023

Kind of off and on light rain. Nothing really soaking. I came in around lunch time and there wasn't any significant rain for the rest of the day.
  7. Is there going to be a Machine Gun Shoot @ Red Hill Range this fall?

2238 Toms Creek Road, Martin, GA 30577
  8. Built myself a Sten Gun

There's something special about that slow ROF. :D You load your own black powder ammo, or what the heck was all that smoke about? Lube?
  9. I know

I'd swear you're in my backyard with all the bug racket going on. It's really remarkable how quiet you can get with the right setup. - Bolt gun - check - long barrel - check - SV ammo - check - any suppressor worth it's salt - check I don't have the Surefire can, but I do have the Savage. I...
  10. Recommendations on .45 host and suppressor

USP45 Tactical suppresses well too. Octane, Obsidian and Osprey are all good & common options. I'm also partial to an AR45 SBR as a host.
  11. What's the point of a silencer on a 5.56x45 AR 15?

I've heard you can cook bacon on a 5.56 suppressor, so there's always that.
  12. Suppressor organization

I remember seeing a case that SilencerCo brought to a demo day, it was basically a Pelican case, but it was deep/tall and had quite a few of their suppressors stored vertically in it. They have a decent selection in their "Protector" line that could meet your needs depending on how many you...
  13. Leads on MAC10/ SWD M11

There's a metering day at RHR on August 26... it will be mostly 'quiet' but I'm sure there will be MG's present.
  14. Leads on MAC10/ SWD M11

I totally believe it, before 1986 things were a bit more sane.
