Fixed Barrel Spacer

Need a fixed barrel spacer for a AAC Ti-Rant 45. Can’t find one anywhere. Bought a new AR9 and can’t shoot it until I find a fixed barrel spacer or buy a new can. Anyone have any leads?

Hrm... based on what I see on MidwayUSA they've been discontinued. If you can't find NOS on someone's shelf, you might have to resort to a custom made part from someone like Stalking Rhino or ECCO Machine. Hood886 can you make anything like that?

I could make one of these but certainly gonna cost more then what those go for when pumped out by a cnc machine.

Weird, it seems there are 2 styles out there. A bird cage design with spring, and a straight tube.

Also weird, I would have thought that 9mm and 45 spacers would be interchangeable as typically only the mount, baffles and end cap have caliber specific apertures. The space is, well, a spacer. That said, I have no experience with Ti-Rants of any caliber.

Depends on what you want it made out of but I've got some tool steel laying around I could probably use. As for cost, I don't put anything in my lathe for less then 100, probably would be the end total but if you want the cuts in it that's gonna add some time and cost. Just all depends on what you want. Realistically if you want an exact copy "which isn't necessary" probably talking 150-200.

A spacer isn't anything special. Go take some measurements and find a steel spacer on mecmastercarr. Probably can find something that will be almost an exact fit.

The solid spacer looks like mine. As hard as they are to find, you might get 4 and resell them.
