As always, be a cautious investor. Remember that if Tesla, a company started a little over 20 years ago, loses just another 30% of its value, it will be #2 in company value compared to Toyota. Which means that Tesla would still be more valuable than every other car company in the world. -

In my humble opinion the purpose of this rule change is: 1. Grandstanding. It's an election year, gotta apeal to the base "We tried everything we could to ban those mean, old guns" 2. PISTOL BRACES: Order vs Legal Outcome - Pending Decision
If the court rules that braces are stocks then the only legal thing a person can do is to register them as SBRs or make them "long enough"; i.e. add longer muzzle devices or replace the barrels. In some cases the brace can be removed and it could stay a legal pistol.- Jambo
