And if you want tight groups at 1600 yds you need to be weighing cases and bullets before loading them and separate
Send some Bergers down that tube, I don’t like Hornady bullets for distance
Velocity isn’t what you need to concentrate on
Extreme spread is what you’re looking for
If I were to guess I would say you’re on the edge of your node with powder charge even though it’s shooting good.
Might want to go up or down.3 grains of powder and see if it levels out.
If not call Frank at Bartlein and pick his brain
You should be close because I shoot 41.7 grs 4350 with a...
I’ve got a big S&W revolver that shoots this and am thinking about reloading for it since you can’t find ammo for it.
From the info that I’ve gathered it said to make the brass out of 357 brass.
I’ve been a reloader for ever but I’ve never tried to take one kind of brass and make it a different...
All 3 bullets that you have are good ones.
I would probably use the Speer and find a load with them. H414 has always been a good powder for 243 but it’s been discontinued. That’s what I used when loading for 243 but you have some good powders that will work.
Get you a good chronograph and try...

You can do a good load work up fairly easily with a good chrono
I’ve used them all in my 40 something years of reloading and have went back to all FL sizing.
I buy the Forster Fl dies and I have them hone the neck out about 5 thousandths so I don’t over work my brass
Works great
I use a small base FL sizing die on those type of cartridges. If they won't chamber it's probably something wrong with the sizing process. If I were closer I would let you size some with my die and see if that took care of the problem.
Your guns must have long throats in them. It is a good tool to have and it is accurate if used correctly.
And it's according if your bullets have a secant ogive or tangent ogive.
For instance if I measure a Berger VLD the OAL of that bullet will be long.
Trying to come up with a hunting load for my wifes Ruger Compact in 243.
1 in 9 twist barrel so it should stabilize the Hornady 100GR bullets that I'm trying.
Have tried H414 and H4350 in powders with nothing that I like yet.
What powder are y'all having luck with?
