    I gave them permission to persue the thief and to press charges but i don't know if anything ever came out of it. I was never contacted again about it.

    last time it happened to me, the guy at the bank told me to only use the card as credit and avoid entering a PIN if at all possible. Knock on wood, i have not had any problems since. Whoever used my information last time, made a replica card and charged some stuff at target in Duluth. the bank...

    happened not too long ago on my Wells Fargo card. I had the money back within a couple of days, problems what so ever. it sucks but at least they don't hassle you about returning the money to the account.
