    Yeah.We ventured into the gated off area with the large building but the entrance that was once dug down to enter the facility is covered with large stumps and trees's by the dnr. Went into a small building next to it. Very cool place with alot of history.

    Dawson Forest definitely gives off some spooky vibes when it gets dark. Some guys plowed through the river crossing in a tahoe and flooded the engine out. My girl said to turn around and leave them but we towed em and hung out for a few. Wouldnt mind finding a good tp camp near a creek/river...

    I wasnt sure if camping was allowed anywhere on the Atlanta tract besides near the entrance to the horse trailer parking. I took the jeep in a few months ago and saw a few good areas to camp near the road river river crossing

    Might not be the correct area to post but i was looking for a few spots in the north GA area to camp. Suches, Dahlonega or surrounding areas hopefully near a decent water source. I have a WMA pass but its seems alot of these have designated camp areas only. Thanks in advance for any input.
