I just saw that Accurate Ordinance has closed their doors. They were who I used for engraving. I'm located in Hoschton. Who does engraving around Gwinnett county now?
I just SBS'd my tac-14 with a Magpul stock. You can get a pretty short LOP with that stock. I like it, a lot more comfortable and controllable than the birds head grip. All in all, about 1 month from efile form 1 individual to receiving the stamp back via email.
Haha, that's the truth. So easy to file with them as individual. I have done my last 2 from them as individual using their app and kiosks and it was very simple.
Nevermind. Checked around online and other people have reported the same thing. Apparently they were told to complete the rest of the form accurately and they still approved them.
I set in all of my info into my profile, and it sets my county as Jackson for some reason. I'm actually in Gwinnett. Under the CLEO section, I was going to put in the CLEO for my actual county, Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office. As I was reviewing my form before submitting it, I'm doubting...

I just picked up a Remington Tac14 today and want to get a Magpul stock to replace the birdshead stock to make it an SBS.
Anyone have any experience with slapping a stock on the Tac14 or the Mossberg Shockwave?

Not sure if their range is back open though since the fire.
Individual.
My first two that I purchased a couple of years ago were done in trust and took over a year. My last two have been individual just in the hopes that it would speed up the approval process.
There's no rhyme or reason to the amount of time. I was talking with the lady working and she told me that she had a stamp returned in 3 months. She said she wouldn't have believed it if she hadn't seen it for herself.
Today was a good day! Got it back before gun season starts next month.

I hunted last year exclusively with my 10.5" 300 Blk with a Sandman L on it and was very underwhelmed on the faint or non existent blood trails. I didn't lose any deer, and they only made it 50 yards at most, but there was little to no blood trail on any of them. I'll be sticking with a 16"...
