Nice man! That’s some good living!! Get in any long range shooting? Any wild hogs out there?
  2. My 8yo

Bro… 1. jacks an awesome name (my 2nd son is Jack) 2. Don’t apologize for the shot, just means you’re an awesome dad and good teacher 3. Amazing deer, congrats!!
  3. 11/5 Hunt

.218 bee?! That’s wild! You don’t see that round out very often!
  4. Torch for rabbit?

It would smell awful, you wont burn off all the hair, and you would probably damage the meat. Just cut a small slit in the middle of their back, and pull in opposite directions. Maybe takes 2 mins.
  5. Who’s hunting with the 6.5 cm?

140 grains SMKs all the way
  6. 45-70 for deer?

I personally wouldnt use a 45-70. Just not enough mass, good bullet construction, or KE to ethically take a deer.
  7. Who’s hunting with the 6.5 cm?

I am, and a .223, and a .30-06 or maybe a 5.45x39. Depends what kind of mood I’m in. 6.5 is more capable than the .30-30 and fudds drool all over that stupid round.
  8. Coyote Attacks Buck On Camera

    That’s beautiful farmland.
  9. Which Focal Plane?

I use FFP for everything. With good reticle design it won’t matter much.
  10. Deer Head Shots from a 6mm Creedmoor

    3400 is smoking!! Wow
  11. Deer Head Shots from a 6mm Creedmoor

Makes sense. Probably a 40 grainer going 4000 fps. The 90s in 22-250 go about 3000 fps as well.
  12. Deer Head Shots from a 6mm Creedmoor

6CM?? Maybe he meant 3000 to 3100 fps?
  13. Any armadillo trapping gurus out there?

Does anyone have a phobia? I do…armadillos. I hate seeing them. They are so gross looking. Hell, I even hate shooting them bc the “thunk” sound makes my skin crawl.
  14. Jim Varney Hunting Safety Video 😂

The buck fever joke made me laugh out loud. What a good dude.
  15. First elk hunt, what to bring....

Any of choices will suffice. I would stick with .300WM or .30-06. Post pics of the hunt.
  16. How does a Hunter ensure that what they hunt is killed and not wounded?

How is that an opinion. It’s a fact that store bought animals have way more additives such as antibiotics, steroids, and whatever additives are in their feed. They are literally alive for 2 years with the end state of getting them as fat as possible as quickly as possible. You don’t do that free...
  17. 11/22

That is so awesome. I love that rifle. I was into the .300BO before it was cool. Hence my username…lol
  18. 11/22

Hope you’re cool with shipping to FFLs if you decide to sell bill Cosby 🤣
  19. 11/22
