So - I got it in today. Box weighs 15lbs. I opened it to inspect the parts and it seems really well made. I'll post pics once I get home and assemble it. Some on other sites had commented about the inside of the drum (under the rubber liner) not being painted....mine is painted to match...
Check out the sellers storefront on amazon- see if he has dozens - if not hundreds - of items listed for beyond good deals. 1/2 price (or less than 1/2 price) of other sellers. If so...guaranteed to be a scammer. I found an item I was looking for , normal cost was nearly 20 bucks...one...
You're never going to get it. There is a HUUUGE problem with "new sellers" springing up on amazon with amazing prices. You buy it, they mark it as shipped so they get the money released from Amazon. The tracking number is bogus and you never get the item. HUGE Scam.
I haven't gotten it in yet, but the ebay ad has the same specs as the Thumlers. I'll do a full video review of it once I get it in next week and post it here. :-)
Hey gang...what do I need to do powder through expanding on the hornady case activated powder drop? Looks like my setup is missing it. Next question....does anyone in buford/athens/cumming/Alpharetta have one for sale?

For now I'm sticking to the recipes in the books...and tweaking for accuracy. Once I get a lot more comfortable I'll branch out a bit. And as grey beard suggested...I've only loaded about 10 of each to try and see what it gets me.

Thanks...of all places I found it on Craigslist! Got a pretty good deal for a turnkey setup. Was already setup and running .45acp, I picked up some other dies and misc stuff. To run other calibers I have. Hoping to go shoot some loads that I've worked up for my 45 and 9 this week. Wife is...
Thanks - no paperwork was with these. Just the dies. I'll play with them later, I don't have any .30 bullets yet. Will get some ordered next week. Thanks for the info! I still have a TON to learn. :-)
Hey gang...so I finally took the jump into reloading. Take a look at this pic of my first 9mm load. 1.100 oal, 115g rn, 4.5g of w231, cci small pistol primers. Anything jump out as obvious that I need to correct? I've loaded 10 9mm and 10 .45acp to try out at the range.
I do have a...
Even with a very old die set? (Obviously I'm still new!) The dies are so old they're labeled .30 wcf instead of. 30-30

So - I found a set of .30-.30 Dies..(actually old RCBS .30 WCF) that someone had given me a long time ago, and I need a crimp die to be able to use them. Anyone have one they'll part with?
