    Thanks- it's okay... It's been like 9 years. We were super duper close. The point is that he and the other passenger would have lived with their seat belts... The two with their seat belts on are still living. Of course he could have been hit by a mail truck the next day too. Never know.

    Pretty much, yes. It was a friends bike and I liked how it looked and I was ignorant and naive which pretty much is the end result when drunk. So... Yup.
