I'm about a year late but ohh it did happen! Couple new things beside the interior seats, mgw quick shifter, smoked out inner break lights and side reflectors, added some red to the interior stitching and I know you old vette purists will hate me for this but a lamborghini louver that I fell in...
Just picked up a 2016 c7 blacked out with a see through roof. Took the seats out and added red seat covers. My first vette and I love it. Manual tranny of course.
I tried running seafoam in the tank left it on for a few hours to cycle when the gas was low but no help. The bike was literally running perfect one second and then failed.
Went out for a ride on the honda vlx 600 last fall and 10 mins away from the house it lost power and stalled on 4th gear. After that it's been running lean I assume because any throttle given will make it stall. If I give it slow throttle it will rev up and eventually jump to proper rpms. Any...
Does anyone know where I could go to get some installed. Bumpber to bumpber two stripes wet installation. Was quoted at 500$ by a custom shop. That's 5 times the cost of the stripes. Live in Marietta but anywhere in the metro Atlanta area is fine.
I own a honda shadow vlx 600 and inly pay 20$ a month with Progressive for full coverage. Your insurance will depend on many factors like engine size, riding experience, possible discounts. If you are a new rider then all you have to do is tell them that you have been riding dirt bikes for a...
My rules are exactly the same. sunny out and over 50. I have no problem staying warm with my usual gear. but the neck wrmer i have is way too thin. i was thinking of riding with my shemagh but im scared it might come off with a hard wind. i might need some new gloves too. theyre thick leather...
If you do store your bikes whats the process you use and what would you recommend for someone with no garage. if you ride during the winter whats the regular gear you use and what do you do about the freezing cold wind on your neck? all answers apreciated.
@SOLGardener. That is actually a really great idea. Never thought of that. And it could possibly work. Ill take some pics outside in a few minutes and excuse the redneck mechanics. I just want to hold it together untill i get all the peices to it.
Yeah. Im trying to stay away from drilling because i really dont want to make it worse. The screw inside is likely very rusted but i think with a very strong point and someone holding the bike it should come out. Its at a really awkward place too. So i wouldnt really trust a drill in this case.
Lol exactly. The bike runs fine with the stupid thing inside but theres a f***ing annoying tapping noise from the exaust almost coming loose. I bought the bike for 800$ its not worth adding a 400$ for mechanic work. The rear brake light stays on and i want a couple of parts swapped out so im...
