I was wondering if anyone around the marietta area had a really tiny pointer to get a tiny screw out. Ill pay 10$ for your time.

Being a machinist for 40+ years you are making a possible mess into just backing a broken screw out. Usually if the break off in the the hole they are usually stuck and have to be professionally removed.
if you can't take the point of a sharp knife or awl, scribe or anything with a good point and turn it out its more than likely going to have to be drilled and extracted or drill to a larger size for a thread insert.
In out shop it usually ends up being $100 plus to get one out or you can get lucky and back it out with a strong pointed tool as mentioned before.

Left handed drill bit. Yes, they really exist and really work.

If that won't get it out, drill it out and tap to next size, or drill for proper size heli-coil, and install heli-coil.
