Actually, this is close to what it is... As an employee we are not allowed to carry but my concern was on how they reacted to visitors who were carrying. Upon futher questioning of the new "policy" to comply with the new law I have found out that if they see someone carrying they will ask to see...
Can a place that operates as a goverment facility but has private security ask to see your carry permit if they see you have a firearm, even though they are now legally allowed to be brought into the building, and if you don't show it they will contact LEO?
That's what I was thinking...there's a new "policy" where I work and I was questioning it...does anyone know the statute about not being asked to produce it by chance...?
I'm sure I've seen it on here, but due to a "situation" at work...can a LEO ask and/or require seeing your carry permit? What about a "security officer" at a business?
Thanks,
Dave
It's sad that some people believe everything they see, read, & hear, and also that they think that they see, read, & hear ALL of the story.
Not directed at the OP but just a general statement.
Iâm not asking about the morality (or use of this as punishment) as it would most likely wind up in the boiler room, but rather do you think capital punishment is a deterrent to crime (other than to the one being executed of course)?
Sorry if this has already been posted but Iâm just...
I purchased a couple of handguns several years ago in Alabama while I was an Alabama resident through a firearms dealer. I am now a legal Georgia resident and have a GWL. Is it legal for me to now sell these handguns FTF to a Georgia resident?
Thanks for any info.
I heard that when you have your fingerprints taken electronically that âtheyâ use a reverse osmosis process to send negatively charged ions into you cerebellum. This is so when âtheyâ outlaw guns they can use a mobile reflux capacitator to search those people out for instant...
