Alabama resident to Georgia resident

I purchased a couple of handguns several years ago in Alabama while I was an Alabama resident through a firearms dealer. I am now a legal Georgia resident and have a GWL. Is it legal for me to now sell these handguns FTF to a Georgia resident?

In a word, yes. Follow the guidelines, sell to Gerogia resident only. I do not use a Bill of Sale, I only ask to see a DL to verify resident of GA.

The only other law is that you must sell at 10% of the guns value to Georgia residents. So whatcha got? Lol.

yep....you can sell to a resident of the same state, no matter where you originally aquired the weapons

Thanks for the advice ya'll. I didn't want to get into the "crossing state lines" thing with selling firearms.
