The last I heard was they were approved for signage and now waiting on the signs. They also have a social media presence that explains their hours and updates on what’s going on and what guns are arriving. It’s certainly not a good ol boys club, because I’m just a nobody, and I know about it...
Ok, long story, well, long! In 2005 I traded a VERY used Marlin 336 straight up for a Winchester 94 in similar condition. The Marlin was from a deal I made with a former “family” member, so there was no reason to hang on to it. So the money side just wasn’t a concern. Frankly, I wanted it gone...
Thank you, I have not heard of Armi San Marco before, and I saw that they no longer produce guns. It’s been hard to find any information on them and their value as well. It’s a sharp looking gun, but I don’t want to be blinded by the bling.
Hey now, I have an opportunity to trade for an Armi San Marco 1892 in nickel finish. It has an octagon barrel, case hardened lever. An absolute beautiful gun. I’m having a hard time finding that gun or it’s value, does anyone here have any experience with these guns? Thank you for your time.
I did not build it, but I help the guy that did. It used propane and a stun gun to trigger it. The box off the side held the stun gun and battery, and the computer fan cleared the chamber once it was fired. The chamber is a sight glass and you can see the ignition when it’s dark. It was a pretty...
I inherited a very worn, beat up Winchester 94 from my dad. It wasn't a gun that dad used much, it just sat in his truck on the ranch. I don't remember when or where he got it, it was just an old gun. I took it to Grizzly and he made it a show piece. When I find another worn out 94, I will have...
Ha! That's not me, I had this gun for sale on here and received several sub $300 offers. I was never offended, but it got old quick. I am looking for another 94 in rough condition so I can do the same thing. I have three boys and would like to leave each one of them a 94. This has become an...
I have two 94's that were pretty beat up in their former life. I have had both refinished to be completely different than the original. I know this isn't everyone's idea on how to refinish a gun, but I can't wait to find my next 94 to do it again. I think I'm addicted.
Ipe has a Class A fire rating, which means it is equivalent to concrete. Which is why I chose to use it. The 1/2" sheet of Gypsum board screwed to the plywood I took out and replaced was far less in fire retardant quality as this is. I don't plan on finding out either!
So I have a small collection of knives that I have been storing in their individual boxes at the back of my safe. It was a chore to get to all of them and then remember which box the one I was wanting to look at or show my buddies. I was talking with a friend of mine about it, and he told me...
So, at what point does a purchased item become the owners? Once the first penny is exchanged for goods and services, those goods become the property of the consumer. This is a dangerous place to be for a manufacturer of guns, or even motorcycles. Once the precedence is set, any and all...
I acquired this in a trade when it was in rough shape. It was found in an attic, and laying on its side for so long, the stock was pitted and rotting, and the metal was rusted on one side, but the side that was up, looked great. I bought a new stock and butt plate and was going to reblue it...
