You have the same terrible symptoms of that disease I have. Coins to me, are worse than guns, and can be much more expensive.
But back to the gun addiction , shotguns are tempting me, I have a few, but not enough ...:behindsofa:
It's a slippery slope, this gun collection thingy! I started off as a hunter just wanting nice hunting (guns). This didn't suffice my needs. I starting wanting big bore handguns for hunting , then that movie came out where the Beretta 92 was the latest and greatest gun, had to have it! Then...
My collection hasn't change to drastically. At one time I was into double digits on AR's, but have lost interest in them for the most part, and have traded off most of them since and during the panic. My main interest in firearms is rifles with nice wood, bolt guns and lever rifles.
Yeah there were weapons made in many locations pre 1900. Especially where there was water generating!, I guess the bad things were the tolerance were not uniform so parts weren't interchangeable.
Wow @alleycat , I don't believe I would have been able too leave once I got in there, so much history to absorb . I loved going to Kennesaw mountain back in my younger day's , my parents would have to drag me out of there.
