I love a good burger. Son and I cooked some amazing burgers tonight. My son joined me tonight for the first time. From prep to grill to plate to clean up I let him handle it. Dude did a great job.
It’s an alternative to grease frying. We don’t use ours like many do. My kids cook chicken nuggets in it. We like tater tots cooked in there. It’s also good for veggies. Works great for reheating things as well.

I'm not sure. I guess its like anything there is a right and wrong way to use and some of the meat I've eaten off off of one has had weird texture and flavor. Could have been temperature related and trying to get fancy with the pellets

Yes but that may be a contributor. I got used to the neighbors cat knocking it off. I have not noticed it knocked loose for a bit. Going to take it down and clean the trap and burners tomorrow.
We have a char broil 4 burner gas grill. I have always cooked everything on the lowest setting and it still catches fire often. It’s also always cooked unevenly with hot and cool zones. I’m ready to junk it and start over. The grill is less than two years old.
