    I'd blame the mag. Been running my 45 AR for a while now and never had that problem. I used a New Frontier Armory lower, and I don't believe they are better that Angstadt Arms. In fact maybe not as good.

    Could be your kit had a gen 3 ejector. Swap it out with a gen 4 or 5. Mine was doing the same thing. Turns out it was my grip as it didn't do it for my son. I also changed the ejector and no longer have the problem.

    Just remember cold blues don't do anything to protect the surface of the metal. They only darken it. You should treat your parts as though they are bare metal and keep oil on them.
