Unfortunately its a lot like the antibiotic resistant "superbugs" that have arrisen because of our (over)use of anti-biotics. By (un)natural-selection, we are creating "super terrorists", smart, savvy, and sophisticated people who know how to evade our strengths and exploit our weaknesses.
