I don't know... I should have kept the package I guess. I've had great luck with their HK, CZ Evo and AR parts, so I was surprised this one was as finicky as it was. If it's still giving me grief after checking the detent I'll give them a call.

Seriously, I was having the same issue with mine. I first tried to install it in a metal trigger housing and they walked me through some "tweaks" to get it to work. We finally got it going but only about 75% reliable, which is terrible. The unit was not engineered for the metal housing, so I was not too upset and I was impressed with how much time they spent with me on the phone trying to get it to work. We finally just had to give up.

I then installed into a factory plastic housing with all the original parts that came with the kit. It ran "ok" about 95% of the time. The times when it did not function properly it either would not reset the hammer to fire the next round, OR it would go full auto for anywhere from three to 10 rounds (uncontrolled, I should ad) and scare the living you-know-what out of me. Same exact issue with the safety switch having "movement" with a range at the binary setting. It never would lock into one positive position and stay there. So I called them back and they immediately issued a prepaid label to send the whole trigger assembly to them for evaluation. When they returned it back to me, just over a week later, it had a new hammer, some new springs and detents and a new bolt release. All of the original parts that I sent to them were returned to me, each in a separate labeled package. The complete trigger unit was also returned in a completely sealed package.

I don't know exactly the details of what they did, but it doesn't matter to me anymore because the unit is 100% reliable. I have run over 1,000 rounds of all types of ammo through that gun in all modes of operation and have only had a normal number of misfeeds for 22LR (maybe 2 or 3) with no other abnormalities.

I know the original kit was a version A and I'm sure I now have a version B+. Super happy with this company from a customer service standpoint. Oh, and they are planning on a complete trigger assembly but I don't know when it's being released.

A little multi tool action and Minwax Spar varnish in a spray can.
