Enjoy what cha got. That's what they are made for. You can always give it a fresh finish down the road if compelled to do so.. Very nice looking rig.
I have a few newer ugly wood stocks but they would need to be modified to accept the bull barrel.
I’m looking for a nice composite stock like BC or something similar. A stock in $200 range.

I selected a Athlon 3-12x40 for the Talo LVT. This may prove to be a go to favorite. Weight and balance of the heavier barrel and the feel of the classic wood stock fit the bill.. Can't wait to sight her in.
Anyone with an original wood stock for a 10/22 they don’t mind parting with, I’m in the market. I stripped mine down to have geezer burn it but I screwed it up. I’m looking for another one for this gun.
