11/10 Deer Hunt

Only saw.a couple of does this morning. Back at it in the hardwoods this evening. Already have a buttonhead feeding.

Didn't see a thing this morning except 1 squirrel. Cooler said that it was hit or miss down our way. Weather needs to stabilize for a few days and get all the deer on the same page. We are seeing very little sign on the property and judging by the cooler fill, it is still in limbo on rutting activity.

That makes my blood boil! Plenty of families that could have benefited from that meat, and some sorry a#* just throws it out!

I saw a buck this morning, then saw about 8 this evening in Madison county. Then I get a text from my future bro-in-law in Oglethorpe and he shot this.

Well. Ended up seeing about 6 or 7 more this evening and my wife ended up watching 2 bucks fight, let them wall since they were only a little over 100 inches, actually close to 115 maybe. Surprised she did so, she ended up seeing about 5 bucks and 3 does.
