Didn’t see anything this morning but I kept hearing rotten logs getting pulled apart in various spots across the mountain from me. It was god awful thick in that spot, which made spotting anything near impossible.
The squirrels were barking like crazy while that was happening.

I’m outside of Helen bear hunting
I’ve been sitting on heavy bear sign for 3 days and haven’t seen one.
I’ve got to dark and then headed home.
My buddy packed in at Cohutta Wednesday morning and hasn’t came out yet.
Haven’t heard from him since Wednesday morning.

I’ve always wanted to do a bear hunt. I’m hoping next year to scout And start learning
