(1260) Rounds of brass 7.62x39 in wooden crate for $214.20

Windex? ... It's OK but.

GI Bore Cleaner or the stuff the Black Powder Guys use

OR

HOT soapy water poured throught the bore, a couple of strokes with a bore brush
followed by clean HOT water ... Let it dry (HOT water dries really fast) then
a swab of your favorite CLP. Done.

You're right on and I might add something. The reason guys use Windex is for really no other reason than it's in a spray bottle and more convenient at the range. The most important ingredient is water. Water disolves the salts the primers leave behind. Hot water is even better. Hot soapy water is probably even better because the soap helps break surface tension allowing the water to penetrate into places that water alone might bypass.

Well the caliber in question here is 7.62x39. Darn near every mil sup rifle imported to the US that uses this caliber has probably had thousands of rounds of "corrosive ammo" through it anyway.
I guess all the guys that bought SKS and AKs have no bore???

I just put on a pot of coffee and pour it through the barrel and gas tube of my Draco and use a wire brush and a weapon rag. take off the wood and just pour hot water over all of it, leave it to dry or towel dry takes all of 15 minutes or less. I run ak's dry.
