we had planned to shoot some clays Monday. A lil feller brought out his Winchester 1300 12 gauge. During my inspection of the pump gun some metal rattling was heard and it sounded like some loose metal parts floating around the receiver. The gun was field stripped and bolt removed. Pictures demonstrate why we constantly examine, maintain then shoot our arms. A fractured firing pin on the vane which lock it into the bolt on this model. Glad we caught it before live fire. I hope my LGS has the part and it quits raining.
