Sorry if I offended your feewings with however much I ask for MY property.
I can easily admit it isn't a Great deal. It is a fair deal. Bottom line is, I don't NEED to sell it and guess what? If it doesn't ever sell, I don't care-I'll keep it- and it will affect you and the crying panda absolutely ZERO. 
I live in an area that's 30-40 miles from any sizable city and I'm not willing to travel far (unless I'm going to said city anyway) to meet to sell it either. Care to complain about that too?
If so, have at it, still won't change anything other than continuing to argue with strangers on the internet about things that don't affect you at all. lol
