15.8lb NY Strip loin going in the smoker

I love the cooking forum- lots of great stuff on here.
Going to put these in the smoker at 6a. Use mixture of apple & hickory woods, cook at 240 til IT is 130-133. Pull out and let sit for about 45 min and these will be awesome steaks. I’ll have a hot iron skillet ready for those that want more than medium. It’ll feed 15 folks with some leftovers. Got it covered in olive oil, Montreal seasoning, little extra salt/pepper/garlic. You should really try this if you haven’t- you won’t regret it.

Oh man, enjoy those steaks - they're going to be good. Did the full smoker last year for family and friends on Christmas and loved it, going lower key this year with filet on the egg tomorrow afternoon.
