Usually I am not comfortable with buying from online stores that does not have a "Who we are" section or at least a physical address and telephone number.
I would assume that I am not the only one, so maybe it is something you may consider doing for your website.

Hey I appreciate it! I'm not very happy with my site so far. Hopefully going to change all of it soon. I'll definitely get on the About me section. Sadly, the most info I've shared about myself and business has been on the ODT!
