WWhile I have never owned one I have a cousin and a buddy who both had 70s Series Combat Commanders and they loved em.

I really like that

It's a pretty gun isn't it. I love Springy's in Stainless. Just something about them that's different. I have a S&W with fish scale serrations and it's a lovely bit*h to. Hart to beat a stainless 1911. They look elegant but are vicious as well. Look up the S&W E-Series stainless 1911. Every bit as pretty as the Springy.
