Nice! My first car was a 1966 Mustang. Rebuilt it with my dad, all original, even the color ... antique bronze ... I'll post pics if I can find them.

very nice .. congrats on getting one for her..
mine wants a 66 as well. she wants a convertible,trying to talk her out of it.rag tops are real rusty or real $$$$.
but on the good side,she is willing to let me ls it with a 5 or 6 speed..
found a 67 hard top builder,but she is set on a 66 vert.
it will be a project,but with a 5.3 and a stick,she will be able to daily drive it.

Don't know the exact Red it is, Sorry. The wife wanted her Red Mustang and for putting up with me for so many years, she got it and it's RED
Should be candy apple red if its a factory red.
