Drove it with out exhaust to the muffler shop. My 3500 is getting doors painted, so I couldn’t to it. Hard to tell how it drives when the noise past 2500 rpm’s feels like it’s damaging my ears.
Beautiful truck though. Can’t wait to get the interior caught up.

You might have mentioned it earlier in the thread, but what exhaust are you having installed?
The opposite of what most would. As quiet as I can get with out being too restrictive. Duals exiting just beside the rear wheels.
That is a sweet ride, love old wagons and the like.

Was just having a little fun.
Being a family ride I would do the same. I've had loud exhaust before and it can be a hassle when trying to enjoy the ride.
I considered the Flowmaster Super 50 or 70 series when thinking of replacing my factory exhaust.
Something I came across in my searching is if you're having an issue with drone, the best fix is to use a helmholtz resonator in the exhaust.
Exhaust turned out great, and was a much nicer drive back to the shop. Unfortunately, the high rise FI-Tech intake is pulling oil out the breather ports, so now we add a catch can. Road and drove pretty great. Still some adjustments to be made.
Couple surf boards on top would be a cool touch.
That would look good, and match the truck pretty well.

Maybe some foxtails on the antenna, catfish whisker curb feelers and jeweled mud flaps would complete that look. And a steering wheel spinner knob, fo’ sho’.
