I assume you have a clutched fan, not electric. Check that and make sure it's good. Make sure you have the serpentine belt on correctly, so that your pump is turning the right way. Look the part number up online to make sure you got the right part. Sounds like you have a lack of flow, that could be either your pump turning backwards or they sold you a reverse rotation water pump.
